Tried to go for an oil change, made an appointment at 4pm and they are closed (even though they don’t close until 6pm). Website says open, was told I would be contacted if there was a scheduling conflict. No call, nothing. Really disappointing.
Dropped my car off for a patch and an oil change at 930. The manager said it would be 2-3 hours so I got a ride back home. 6 hours later I go back to the shop and they haven’t even touched it. Asked the front desk what gives and the response was “well we don’t ever know how long it will take”. Would have been nice to know that on the front end. Poor customer service overall, there was no attempt to make it right, just excuses and a lack of empathy. Do yourself a favor and find another spot.
UPDATE 6/14/26 I cannot recommend this Big O Tires location highly enough! I have been a loyal customer for almost 20 years, and for very good reason. The staff is consistently wonderful, friendly, and professional every time I visit. What truly sets them apart is their honesty. They only perform the services that are actually needed and have never once tried to scam or upsell me on unnecessary work. That integrity has earned my complete trust. I have had two horrible experiences at this location and will not be back again. The first time, I took my wife's car in for an oil change, and the guy Benny asked what kind of oil I wanted, so I said the regular one, I guess. And all sarcastic like he says the computer says it only takes synthetic. And I said then why did you ask in the first place. So I just brushed the attitude off.
