Appt times don’t mean much here. Multiple times I’ve come in for an appt I’ve created online for simple tire rotations they don’t have the right vehicle set or any info. What should be simple 30 min appts turn into 90+ mins of nothing before I ask for my keys back to leave. Be prepared to drop off your vehicle for the day for even the simplest of jobs…

Needed one of the brand new tires I’d just bought at big o fixed as I somehow picked up a nail, and on the morning I was to go and identify a family member at the morgue, the Vail Arizona store had my wife’s tire taken care of in only 40 minutes and I was able to attend to the family matters.
I’ve been going back to Big O since 2009 - love the AT tires! These guys are polite, professional, and quick. Very good service and better tires
I guess it's my fault for going to a tire shop for an oil change, I had made an appointment to get an oil change at 10am, was told it would take an hour and here I am in the lobby waiting for it still... its noon....
