Hong is the best!
Took my truck in with a loud squeak on the front end expecting a heavy bill. Turned out it was just a small stone stuck It was removed and my bill was only under $120 Love and appreciate their honesty !! Integrity and pricing Wont go anywhere else for any repairs ! I highly recommend them
I was recommended by my boyfriend to take my car to Big O tire and I have never been so pleased in my life, amazing staff and front workers here, they are friendly respectful and very well organized, I walked in there and felt like I have been a customer for years, definitely my new go to for all my car issues. GO TO KALTIRE INSTEAD! Edited Review. I was originally happy with my experience buying tires here, however lately I am not so impressed. My car sat for about 3 weeks as I went away for vacay, when I got back one of my tires was making a noise that sounded like it was flat, it then only made that noise when I braked. I decided to take my car in to just get the tires checked, (which they told me would be free as long as I have these tires as I bought my tires here).
