Bought two tires off them brought my truck in to get them installed along with two other tires that I already had, after an hour wait I found out they ordered me the wrong tires and wouldn’t refund me for mounting the two tires I had brought in after finding out I was going to go another direction. Lady at the front desk was very nice but the owner was not. Will not be going back
we use Big O for our service van fleet, they are great, always on time and get the job done with min down time. highly recommended
These guys are great! They’ve saved my day multiple times when I had a flat tire on my dump trailer. Their service is amazing!
I gave 4 stars because of the great and fast service. My friend referred me to this place and he told me they are very nice people so I decided to take my car to them today. My appointment was at 1pm but they took me in early in the morning. The front desk girl was very nice. They changed my tires very fast. I am happy with the service.
