I stopped and asked for air in tire. Tire is relatively new & had been parked for several weeks while I was on vacation. Bryan Clelland took the car to hoist to check if was a nail which it was not. He never gave a quote for whatever work that was happening. He claimed it was a dirty tire valve cap but that could be a lie. They proceeded to charge $31 without giving quote. I live 5 minutes away & if the tire went flat & damaged rim that was my concern & not Big O Tire. It would be cheaper to call BCAA to put on spare tire. O... read more

Very bad i dont recommend
I have been coming to this location for many years, maybe even close to 20. A great, consistent team is always eager to help and sort out whatever issue my cars have had. I come here for all my mechanical needs as well as tires. I am happy to support and recommend a locally owned and operated business with super friendly people who clearly like doing what they do.
I wasn't very impressed.....They're overthinking and giving me smart ass remarks..... Come off your high horse a little bit
