Needed tires before a long business road trip. I went to Big O and was helped by Sandra Nelson. She is on point. Professional, knowledgeable and made confident recommendations. They are helpful and good customer service.
They were honest about what we needed and options (pricing) We purchased 4 tires and had full rear brakes done. They met service levels and expectations. When we had a small issue on a trip out of town a week after service they contacted the nearest Big O Tire franchise to us and arranged an appt same day. That franchise handled quickly and efficiently and we were back on our vacation in a few hours.

James took care of me. Very courteous, competent and professional. Took care of me immediately, sold me one tire and had it installed right away. The personnel working in the garage are also very good, courteous, efficient and professional. I have solicited to refill air many times. They are diligent, very respectful and they do it for free. Great people and great service... I was in and out of there in less than and hour to get a flat tire fixed (on Christmas Eve!)
Came in as a walk-in to get my new tires installed. Staff was extremely helpful and friendly. They took care of me in no time. Highly recommend for future tire service.
