This is the second big o tire location I’ve visited and the result was horrible both times. I will never go back to any tire place with my vehicle again. I will take the tires off myself and take them in. First they cross threaded my lug nuts and tried to charge me $232 to release two lugs they cross threaded and then they broke not 1 but two of my center caps. Great guys
I was a return customer paid for a 4 tires put install and tires. They couldn’t get a tire off on Saturday. After paying for tires. In full. He wanted me to come back Monday. ( as if I don’t have to be at work) and told me I can pay a guy to get the tire off since he couldn’t. But I would need around 450 more dollars to do this. Well I already paid for an install.
