First time going in and I will never be going back. Dont bother making an appointment they won't honor it or your time. Customer service is pretty much non existent. People make appointments to minimize down time. If the bay is full when I get there for an APPOINTMENT that was set days in advance that is nothing other than bad management of resources
Great service
This is the second big o tire location I’ve visited and the result was horrible both times. I will never go back to any tire place with my vehicle again. I will take the tires off myself and take them in. First they cross threaded my lug nuts and tried to charge me $232 to release two lugs they cross threaded and then they broke not 1 but two of my center caps.
