We had a leaky front tire on our return from a family vacation in Florida. After some incorrect info from Walmart tire center, the folks at Big O found out that the sidewall of our tire was dangerously damaged. Being a special order tire, they did not have it in stock. The Manager made some calls to figure out where we could get a tire on his own, found one nearby and got us in at the other place right away. Thank you so much for helping us out of a horrible spot. Well done!

We came in with a 2003 Dodge Dakota that was over heating. We were traveling from Wisconsin to South Carolina, towing a Uhaul trailer. Allen, the owner, moved heaven and Earth to get us taken care of. All told we were there for 9 hours while they worked on it. They were professional and polite. Not to mention very sympathetic to our situation. I won't hesitate to recommend them for any kind if automotive repair.
