Recommendedtook a couple wheels to a well known tire shop on 32 West . To have changed after 5 hours . Not done so took too Big O Tire .On 39 N. and done in 20 minutes.
Everything they do for your car
Do not come to big o in Lebanon to get your car serviced. I’ve given them the benefit of the doubt but no more. Big o broke the stick that held the hood up a couple years ago on my car. Never said anything. Now they cracked the reservoir that holds the windshield wiper fluid and stuck a valve stem in it to fix it and never said anything. Brought the car in, left and got a call telling us how much the part would be and I told him I wasn’t paying for it since it was their fault and got hung up on. Not professional at all
Had a screw in a tire. Billy accommodated my busy schedule and short lunch time, and had me fixed in a flash. Great friendly service!
I ordered a towing receiver online and needed it installed. They found the undercarriage panel would be in the way. They figured out a solution and definitely went above and beyond to install it right considering the problem. Thanks guys! I’m a very happy customer.

We stopped here after getting a flat tire. We changed to our spare 5 miles north at the rest stop. The woman at the front desk was very helpful. I can’t say enough about the efficiency of the guys who repaired the flat tire and put it back on our car. My husband called it a NASCAR pit stop.
I can literally not praise this Big O enough. They have gone out of the way to help my family before, but this time is WAY over. Long story short we had some issues at a different Big O that caused some damage to the tires. When they insisted that we have the car towed to their location for repairs John basically said no that's crazy. He insisted that they would do the repairs here and get reimbursed by them later. John and the entire team at the Lebanon Big O are a godsend and beyond amazing. We regret not coming back here ... read more
