I called and got an estimate for new tires for my husbands car 1 month ago. I specifically asked about mounting and balancing charge and I mentioned that CrestRidge Tires does not charge for it. Big o tires told me that they would not charge. Today my husband went and got 2 new tires + an alignment . Once I seen the bill I noticed that they charged 33.90 for balancing and mounting. Great people and even better services
After sitting there for about 45 minutes they came and got me and said they had a problem. My drain plug was totally rounded out and they couldn't get it off. They tried to blame it on the last person that did the oil change, but it was me so I know that it wasn't rounded out. Their service tech got smart with me and we got to an argument and I left. They put the oil and filter they had for my car in the car. I ended up having to take it to the dealership and have them get the drain plug out. The oil and filter were useless ... read more

I tried to give Big O another chance. Came in a few months ago for an oil change. Sat in the waiting area for 45 minutes and they still hadn't taken my vehicle in. Not once did anyone from the horde of desk personnel let me know they were behind. They had more people behind the counter than in the bays. Today, I went in for an oil change. Several bays were open. It was going to be a 1 1/2 hour to 2 hour wait for an oil change. I asked how many in front of me? THREE!!!! Ridiculous. I have always been pleased with my service and overall experience when I bring my cars in. They are awesome at accommodating the customers needs. Not this time but last time I was in I was in a super big rush and after seeing what stage my car was at I told them I would need to skip the tire rotation but Justin went out and had someone else help to make it go faster and was able to do everything I needed.
