Excellent local business. Customer service is attentive, friendly, and skilled for all ten or so employees I have met over several visits. They are quick, honest about what they think is going on, and work with you to decide what needs to be addressed now. They try to save you money where they can. I can’t say enough positive things about my experience here; they are amazing and they treat you like family. 5 stars!

Came home tonight to find a car broke down on the highway in front of our house. Turned out to be a family taking their sick baby to Childrens Mercy in KC. They had drove all the way from Jefferson City and blew a tire. The OR team was waiting for them. We called Big O and explained what happened and they stayed open after hours to make sure this family was taken care of!!!
