This review is very eye opening and leaves many questions. I went in and complained of spungy brakes on my 2011 Ford E350. I explained the van had many miles and brake fluid was contaminated. They said they could look at it the next day at 3:00 pm . The next day l was informed my repairs would cost over 1000. I question and was told I needed rear pads,rotors and calipers. I am very hesitant when it comes down to leaving a negative review or giving a 1-star rating towards any business. Leaving a negative review can impact the business, however, after having no luck trying to communicate with the store owner (Curt Stanley) and assistant manager (Matt Terry), I have no other option but to leave an honest review for this business. I love our local Big O Tires!!! Service is always excellent!! The crew up front are always eager to help! The one thing I noticed last week when I was in was the younger gentlemen at the counter that was fluently speaking Spanish to several Hispanic customers!! That made me smile knowing he was helping them navigate their service while there. Two Thumbs up to Curt, Anne & their Staff!!! I will always go back for service!
The experience was absolutely amazing! Awesome customer service, and told me exactly what was wrong with my car! I would recommend them to anyone!
The staff was extremely nice and helpful. was traveling from Arkansas and had a tire going bad. we were referred by the staff of Econolodge to take the tire to Big Of Tires to get it fixed. the staff diagnosed it was a faulty valve stem, replaced said valve stem and did not charge us a dime and we showed up about 30minutes before closing. that is customer service!!!! Will definitely use them again!!!! thanks guys for getting us back on the road AaSAP

I got a nail in my tire. They fixed it for me for free, simply because I have had a hard time at another big dealership in town! This was my first time to go Big O tires in seymour, will definitely be back for my future business! Thank you so much!
I went in this morning to get an oil change and tire rotation. I was gonna see about getting brakes done to. Some young kid at the desk ask me if I had an appointment. I have never had to have one.Needless to say didn't get any service and the last time I go back. I have spent thousands of dollars in this store. Usually always have good customer service. I have spent my last dime here. Really disappointed I have always went here to get my cars serviced. Don't understand stand how they can turn away a loyal customer.
