RecommendedGeorge Relock was great. They are open on Sunday. Only place I found in the past that helped me with a flat when everyone was closed. I needed new tires and remembered who was there for me when I was in need on a Sunday. Great deal, great service, and Even though George wasn’t there, the team was awesome. Got my a Lyft ride home and back at no charge as well as fast service. I will be coming back and sending those in need here for their automotive needs. Thanks!!

I have been taking my cars to this center for many years, 1st with my company car, then, when I retired, with my own cars, and have never been disappointed on the quality of the work or the speediness. Customer service has always been very good professional quality as well as very friendly and helpful. I have absolutely no reason or desire to go elsewhere with my automotive needs.
Yesterday, I took my Prius in for Tires at 8am with an appointment. When I got there, i was not in the computer and I offered to go home and get the confirmation number. Tony Garcia, who assisted me the entire time worked with me so not only did I not have to leave but educated and helped me through the entire process. I got better tires than what I went in for along with oil change and tune up and new struts for my front end and an alignment. We had a nail in one of our tires went to Firestone first and it was going to be a 45 hour wait so we went to big O and it was finished in five minutes great customer service very friendly
I pulled up with a flat. I was told they couldn't help me with my flat tire. The service guy was short with me and unwilling to be helpful in any way. 3 customers pulled in after me and he helped them right away. I am still scratching my head wondering why! Had to have a tow truck come get my car and tow me to AMERICAN on Warner, who not only drove to another store to get the tires I needed, but they offered to stay open and wait for my tow truck to arrive so they could fix my flat!
