Big O Tires in Lawrence has taken care of my family and their cars for over ten years. I can't recommend them highly enough. They are honest, fair, reasonably priced, and offer outstanding customer service. If you need an oil change, tires, or basic car maintenance, you can't do better than these folks.
Had exceptional customer service at the Lawrence location. Received prompt and helpful feedback about the situation with my vehicle within a very timely manner. Could not thank Steve enough for all of his help with my experience at at this store.
Went in with a "check engine light" blazing on my instrument panel. The owner checked the codes on the engine computer and it showed an issue with the air intake sensor. That sensor is located between the air filter and the air intake on the engine. He blew some air into the sensor and removed some debris, and the check engine light has not been on since. No charge...

These folks are super nice and know what they are doing. My tail lights would not go out. They diagnosed it after hours and set up an appointment for the next morning to fix it. I was in the store less than 20 minutes and on my way. They even charged me exactly what they had quoted. That never happens. I will go back to them for future repairs and highly recommend them.
