RecommendedI had the greatest experience with Cory and his crew, I took my Lexus in to find out what was wrong with it, and there was a lot more wrong with it than I ever expected. They was able to get my car in and get it fixed and even stayed later than usual to make sure it was done. It’s like a totally different car! They dropped me off and picked me up from work. I would definitely recommend Big O Tires for all service needs. Thanks again to Cory, Rich, Devin,and Shea and the rest of his crew for going above and beyond!

Shea was so helpful and knew her stuff! She told us what to expect and then exceeded the very expectation she set. Everything was very clean, including the bathroom, and that's no easy task in an auto industry! I was very impressed with every aspect of my visit. So much so, that I am getting 4 new tires next week! Shea is outstanding and I will return there again! Thank you!

I wish I'd have caught her name, but the young woman at the front desk saved the day for me today. I really had no idea what to do when my tire got super low and I was 40 miles from home, but this amazing woman filled up my tire, made me an appointment to replace the tire at a time I could swing with my work schedule...and then TAUGHT me how to air up my own tire so I am prepared next time. There was no judgement and no shame. This is the only place I'll buy tires.

We had work done on our 2006 Dodge Caravan and Del French was extremely helpful and did excellent work. I would recommend them to anyone needing work done on their vehicle. All of their employees are courteous and knowledgeable. Best place in town!
I came in to have a battery swapped out. I was told my positive battery terminal was bad. Not sure how but it was. Maybe they saw something I didn't. I know it was not corroded on any of the visible sides I could see. I wouldn't call what they did a hack job, or shoddy work. I'm certainly not a fan of what they did. They stated they would splice a new battery terminal on I figured the existing cable was still good. They replaced the whole cable and terminal.
