Josh, service advisor, tried so hard to sell an alignment, even after 4 tires were installed, and we had a printed alignment read out, that indicated alignment was not needed, Josh insisted on more work. Josh voided our tread warranty because of this. An awful man. Avoid at all cost
RecommendedStellar! I was treated kindly, with respect, and in a very timely way. Punctured tire, pouring rain, unable to read a worn tire pressure gauge in the rain. The guys were friendly and sympathetic. Got my tire repaired in record time and at a very reasonable price. I love these guys!
I really appreciate Big O Tires of Petaluma. Yesterday only one hour before closing I pulled into their FULL parking lot and one of the workers came right over to ask me what I needed. I had run over something on the highway but could not tell what was going on with a car noise coming from under my car. I could see something hanging. The gentleman (whose name I wish I had) did not waste a moment. He got down to have a look under the car and, voila! pulled out a metal bar that had lodged and bent under the car. The crew was awesome! I came in late without an appointment ! They could've chose to close up shop. However they explained differences in tires and price and let me make up my mind on what was best for my truck. Once I chose the tire and how i wanted it mounted (white letters out) they had me in and out. Fun fast friends. Perfect job guys!
Go Big-O, Go Petaluma I've been doing business with Big O for about 500,000 miles and this location for 357,000 miles. Every product and service recommended has been terrific. I'm a car guy and amateur mechanic and I can tell they know what they are doing. They carry lots of non-Big O choices, but I can tell you I've been very pleased with all of them. I wish I could credit their exceptional treament to years of repeat business, but they've been this way from the start.
great service! I am always pleased with the service and the warranties that I get at Big O. Anytime my tires have a problem, they are quick to fix it and usually cheap or free. The guys are so nice! My only issue with any tire place is the smell, but you can walk across the street and get a Jamba!
