Our family has been going to Big O Tires (Pocatello) for many years now and we have always had a very positive experience there. They are always helpful, courteous, friendly and kind. I find their staff to be extremely knowledgeable and their service has always been great! Thank you Big O Tires!!!
I was traveling from Utah to rigby, Idaho and I was pulling a car hauler trailer with a truck on it and on the way home a trailer tire lost it’s tread so I limped into Pocatello and stopped at Big O. They greeted me promptly found me a tire and got me all taken care of and back on the road in less than 20 minutes. Amazing service I would recommend to everyone!
Their service truck has come to my rescue twice now. Once for a low tire and the second to replace the two rear tires on my truck. They did all the work and were quick and efficient. Very pleased with the service.
So far we are very happy with our purchase at Big O Tires!! Esabel Guerrero was very helpful with our selection. Shot out to Marc Wride for driving all the way to Salt Lake City to pick up our American Racing Wheels.Thanks to the guys for getting them mounted so quickly..Great team work. Thanks again. Bought a set of four tires about 18 months ago have less than 15000 miles and just because they have no record of me rotating my tires which I rotate my tires at my oil change at Jiffy Lube now they won't cover my warranty well Big O Tires you're not the only one who sells tires so I will no longer do business with Big O Tires if I could put a negative star I would pick 5
