Was there for three hours waiting on them watching other people come in and get out of there before me and I had a appointment. So went back to desk and ask what was going on and then they tell me the ran out of wheel weights and are having some shipped over. Really and acted like it was no big deal that I was going to be late getting to work. Never again will I buy from Big O tires even if somewhere else cost more.
Recommended⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ I think they did a great job thus far. I’m not a mechanic and really don’t know squat about cars but they didn’t try to give me the usual hype you get from other big chain oil change places.. you know.. the whole dirty air filter oh you need new wiper blades bs. The true bread and butter for most chains. They did what I paid them to do. I got good safe tires, an alignment and an oil change. I won’t post the price but I think it was reasonable. Worst shop I’ve ever been to
They tried to tell me that on newer Hyundais when brakes are replaced then the rotors have to be replaced. We have a Hyundai tech in the family so I contacted him and found out that was a total lie. Don't let them try to talk you into unnecessary repairs . They prey on ladies and the elderly. I'm just glad that I have plenty of family that work or worked in the automotive industry so they weren't able to get over on me.
Bought 4 new tires here on Saturday but because of time, scheduled alignment this morning. over 30 minutes later car still outside where I parked it. service has went from bad to worse with new manager Jamie who is more interested in standing in shop smoking his cigarette.
We were coming through town and had a flat. We were prepared to wait for hours on a holiday weekend. They immediately got us in and back on the road in no time! We couldn't be more pleased with how they took care of us so quickly. We recommend them VERY highly!
