Stopped in to ask if they had Nitrogen for tires and was met with the condescending "air is 76% nitrogen" something that I already knew... Hydrochloric acid is only 37% water, but if I asked for that I'm sure that I wouldn't get the same type of smartass answer... On the other hand, It saved me from asking about ordering 4 new tires for my truck from there.
Spent 1226 $ there and wife didn’t make it home before lug nuts started falling off
I recently (over 2 weeks ago) bought 2 new tires from this location. Good service as far as getting my tires put on, but other than that... HORRIBLE SERVICE. I told them I didn't want the tire protection plan, but they charged me for it anyway. After calling staff at this location 4 times, all I was ever told was the ONLY way I could get a refund is by meeting the district manager in person (who's never there). Big O tires just said our 37inch tires were to big and didn’t know if he could break them down 🤔 y’all should probably change your name to Little O tires if you can’t handle 37 inch tires. Ridiculous.
Have been going there for a couple of years getting oil changes including last weekend for one of our cars. Was told today they only give full synthetic oil changes now and instead of being $25 (like I paid last weekend) for the standard oil change it would be $60. When asked why, the lady on the phone said they no longer offer the standard oil change and haven’t since November. Then why did I get one last weekend? She said she doesn’t know how I did since they haven’t had “standard” oil in stock since November. I’m not sure... read more
I came in on 12/7 for a battery replacement. Getting over the fact that they charge triple what anyone else is charging, but when your car is dead in the parking lot with no jumper cables what option do you have?! Came back MULTIPLE times because my car was still dying! Was told after the third time it was my alternator and was going to be close to a grand to fix, again more than triple what anywhere else was charging!!! I popped my tire late Saturday night and Big O was one of the few tire places open on Sunday. They got me right in and took care of me. Reasonably priced and extremely friendly customer service. Will definitely return when needing more tire services! 😊😊😊
