My son had brand new tires mounted this morning. Not even 20 miles down the road it came off the rim. Now we have to buy a brand new tire cause they won’t take responsibility for their work. I did not buy the tire from them but was just purchased before mount. They said they inspected the valve and tire when putting it on. I will not me back!
RecommendedI called this morning to make sure they had the tires I need to get. They didn't have them but the guy gave me a better set for the same price! I was thrilled! great group of guys & very nice! I went over there within an hour & they had me on my way!
By far the best tire place in town. As a former mechanic I like the ability to take my cars into a shop and not worry if they did the work right. Tim is a great asset to this store. They do great job at tires, brakes, oil changes, and alignments. Explain in detail about your car's issues if any. Quick and efficient service and not wanting to rob you of your money. It may have the Big O Tire name but it has a local auto shop feel.
very knowledgeable staff..I've been going to Big O since it opened in Farragut and have lots of work done on my vehicle including motor window replacement. ..good prices and great staff

Best tire store I’ve ever been to, service is excellent quality is fantastic great prices on not only tires but on oil changes. And its a big plus that is owned by veterans
First time customer and my experience was completely pleasant. Went in for an oil change, tire rotation and 4 wheel alignment. Turns out my Jeep wasn’t out of alignment but just a few degrees. Manager’s exact words were, “I can’t justify charging you $79 for the alignment, so it’s on me.” Ladies and Gentlemen business integrity goes a long way with me. The alignment wasn’t much money, but I will make sure I go to Big O first from now on with all my Automotive needs. Thanks again guys!
