I was waiting a front for 20 min or more and no body was there to take care or ask me what I need i will buy my tires somewhere else
My car came in with tires all the the same psi and you DEFLATED MY TIRES?!?! They are all at a different psi now. I simply wanted them rotated, no one told you to do anything else to my tires! Thanks as well for getting oil all over the the driver's side door and headliner of my car!!!! You've lost a long time customer. I WILL NOT BE BACK!!!!
Been buying tires and servicing our vehicles here for years. Bought 2 snow tires here last fall, was told old tires had enough tread for another summer, and remounting them would be $12. Today they said the old tires were below acceptable tread depth, and remounting fee was $40, after a generous discount of $10. Just lost a long time customer.
I went in and asked how much for a tire rotation. I asked them to rotate back to back & front to front. The guy said tire rotations are free. They told me I needed new tires, I said I won't be doing that today just the rotation. He said ok we will finish the rotation and have you on your way. HE LIED! They didn't rotate my tires at all and I know this because I marked my tires before I went in. I started doing that after a different shop lied about rotation a long time ago.
