I really like dealing with Big O Tires. They are always kind, professional and helpful.
I came in for an oil change and had an appointment at 9 o’clock… At 10:10 I went up to the counter to check on my car and they said it was just going in then… However, I got into my car. I found a few other things I needed so I ended up being there three hours, and we also do that with a oil sticker on my window to tell me when to come back for another oil change. However, the staff at the desk, especially Blake were very friendly and professional, just took a lot longer than I thought.
