Small business practices start at the top, in this case the owner. He goes above and beyond to ensure great customer service. I have been going here for years and the work has always been top notch. I can be a tough customer and they give me better service than I deserve. Highly recommend.
Put some Big Foot's on my Tacoma for winter in October but the stock tires that came on a brand new Tacoma only lasted 24,000+ miles.
Not really the most satisfied customer. I feel stuck going back for service because I purchased tires here and have the warranty. Every. Single. Time. I get my tires rotated, the techs never put my tire sensors on the right way. So when I get a low tire, the indicator alerts me to the wrong tire. I remind them each time to also do the TPMS at rotation, but it doesn't get done.
