My dad took his van in for a simple service. And one of big o’s techs claimed my dad a leak. There wasn’t a leak before he dropped it off because he would’ve noticed it. Big 0 doesn’t like taking responsibility for something there techs. The owner doesn’t call you. My dad took it to another mechanic. He told my dad that someone took it apart and didn’t put it back on correctly. Costing over 1000 bucks to buy a new one and have it installed. I wouldn’t do business with company ever AGAIN
