I will and I repeat will never go back to this place or ever buy tires from them again. Spent over 500 bucks on tires. Go in with the simplest of request asking to have tires balanced and rotated. And add some air. Over an hour my car hadn't moved. Even though people after me that where fixing things and buying new tires went before me. Thanks I'll spend 40 bucks and have Wal-Mart do it from now on and never go back.
Came in for 4 new tires. Asked about how long the wait would be. I was told about 40 minutes, so I was expecting an hour, maybe an hour and fifteen minutes. 2.5 hours later, my car was finally done. Very disappointed. �
Had a trailer flat on the side of the road traveling from N Co to Texas, with my 14 y/o daughter and a horse. Limped it to your store and Charlie was absolutley amazing! Very tired, no appointment, and 16 hours of travel to go, Charlie took very good care of us and got us back on the road quickly. Traveling with my daughter to rodeos across the country is a bit concerning with all that can and does go wrong. On that day, Charlie and Big O in Pebulo were a huge blessing. Took my car in for new tires and these gentlemen did an absolutely fabulous job! I've lived here 6 years and been to multiple shops, but after my experience today I'll be a Big O customer from now on. I really can't say enough about the wonderful personalized service I received. The balance on the tires feels perfect and they only had to use 1 1/2 ounces of weights total. I highly recommend them! They took excellent care of my ZL1, and they're a great bunch of guys. Thank you so much!!!
Oh my goodness, where do I start....Fabulous service. I even won a free diesel oil change from Valvoline while the oil change was happening. HUGE savings! I loved the staff there and the crew was having fun, which is always nice to see. Thanks Charlie! I will return!

Thank you so much Gary Doan for taking my car in for the screw in my tire even though Big O Tires was already closed your a life saver and we greatly appreciate it we didn't want to drive all the way back to Trinidad Co like that it would of been very dangerous for all of us in the car.
