We got tires put on and were told it would take an hour. Literally we had to walk around for FOUR hours with our baby in the summer heat. They called and said the tires were done so we walked back then they said they didn’t do the alignment which was an additional cost. So we waited again.... Despite just having a service on our new vehicle, they cited all kinds of stuff “ wrong.” Don’t trust them or their advise for one second. Barely left with our sanity. RecommendedBig O has great customer service. All employees were very respectful and pleasant. Their store has a clean and comfortable waiting area. This is the type of family owned business that you can trust and recommend to all your friends and family. Will continue to use them for our tire and alignment needs.
I met a neighbor I didn't know. apparently I need to mow my grass. They did patch my tire quickly and efficiently and inexpensively.
Super fantastic group of individuals they are always helpful friendly and fast. Never trust anyone but them.
Over 2 hours to get my tires rotated, and then they always wanna say I need this and that done when I know I've already had it done!! Not going back!
These guys are awesome. Caught a chunk of razor on my lunch break, by the time I got there I was almost on my rim. No only were they able to repair it so I didn't have to replace it, but they did it in about 20mins so I wasn't even late back to work. Thanks guys!
If I could leave less than one star, I would. I should have left as soon as I walked in and one employee was slamming down the phone after chastising the person on the other end about personal information. Not only did they not have my alignment appt in their system, but 2 hours later (with 3 kids with me in the waiting room no less), I went to go check and it was OBVIOUS they had totally forgotten about me, especially when a lady came in a solid hour after me and left before we did. I had a tire going flat. They not only fixed the bead issue on that tire..they checked the others found another leaking bead. Used them also to replace shocks and strunts..very happy with their service...
Took my car in for new tires. Was greeted in a prompt and orderly fashion. I had a very friendly and energetic young man that helped me. The name of this individual was Geoff Bourgeois. He was real helpful and made my first experience with Big O''s great. Besides Geoff the rest of the staff was also awesome to. Everyone was very professional and treated my wife and I with great respect. Was given better service than Walmart and firestone. Would recommend this place to my family and friends.
