We have 3 vehicles and have bought Big "O" tires for all three. The service at the store is excellent and the staff very personable. I wasn't going to buy truck tires for my 2010 Avalanche that day but the deal was so good that I couldn't afford not to buy. I got a great deal, great service and I am a happy customer that will return again.
Lio and the whole crew really helped with making sure everything was good on my car before i took it home. We had some unforseen repairs that needed done but i feel much safer knowing its taken care of.
Justin and Leo at Big O have the best costumer service. They are very friendly and there to help. And they are fast and efficient at what you need. I would recommend there store to anyone wanting quality service.
The guys at Big O got us in right away even though they were very busy. Helped us pick out the tires we wanted and gave us great coupons. They took the time to show us issues they encountered and stuck to the quote even though their costs ran over. Great service!

The customer service is absolutely outstanding! I'm blown away by their very friendly and professional staff. I was in and out of there very quickly, and was comfortable waiting in their clean and comfortable waiting area. I'll be going back!
