RecommendedFor anyone looking to get tires on their SUV in the future I highly recommend Big O’s Big Foot A/T tires. I unexpectedly had to get 2 new tires on my car this morning and after thinking about about how long I had the tires and thinking I had a little bit more life out of them I realized these tires had 70,000 miles on them. 😱 These tires well outlived their life with little issues (mainly nails I picked up in the tires). I had a tire lose air and brought it in to be checked. They found a nail in my tire and fixed it in less than 15 minutes, and it was under $20. The service was fast, friendly and helpful. I will definitely recommend this business to all of my friends and family.

Went to the shop on south locust. Asked for oil change tire rotation and balance. Not even half hour later they tell me it's done. They didn't even take the tires off of my car but is trying to say they did. So I went home. And hour away had my husband look at call Ben at the store he says I watched them do it. My husband says if you would have touched the tires there would be marks to do a balance your suppose to clean mud and dirt off of it otherwise the balance is dome wrong. They were awesome here! It was a little pricey, but I figured it would be since my vehicle is foreign. They were very kind and answered all of my questions for future services. The best part? They didn't try and sell me stuff that my vehicle didn't need for my vehicle. Definitely will go back there again!
When I left work today I had a low tire. I drove to Big O tires and it was 6 pm and they were closing. They were so very kind and stayed late to fix my tire that had a nail. Justin Suchanek said "We didn't want to let you out on the road like that so we stayed late to repair". We definitely know where we will be going to purchase tires next time we need! Took my car in for a new tire (had a flat) They were fast, super nice, and I loved that they had water and coffee for us while we waited! I have another tire to get before winter, I'll be back for sure! Thanks guys
