I Highly recommend this Store. I was acknowledged promptly and professionally. I felt like they explained my options and I left confident in the work that was done I will definitely be bringing all of my tire and service needs to this store.
My 76 year old Mother had a flat tire in OKC. I called a tow truck and Big O Tire. I was worried Mom might fall getting out of the wrecker. Craig helped my Mom get out of the wrecker safely. She now has a new tire. Thank you Craig for making this situation go so smoothly!
Friendly, fast & PHENOMENAL! My husband & I went in Tuesday & a GREAT gentleman helped us set everything up for Wednesday! (I'm soooooooo SOOOOOOOO sorry I can't remember his name...) Then on Wednesday Brandon finished up the job! A smooth experience & our car is driving GREAT!!!! Will go again & recommend every chance possible! ☺ THANKS GUYS!!!! ☺
