I am extremely disappointed with my recent experience at Big O Tires. I initially brought my Audi A4 in for what should have been a straightforward brake replacement. During the consultation, I was presented with two brake pad options: a lower-cost option and a higher-cost option that was recommended for higher-end vehicles such as mine.
