Andy, the front desk attendant at this Big O Tires, gave phenomenal customer service. I can tell he really cares about what he does. Great energy and quick service. I came in with a flat tire/spare and he was able to get it changed very quickly.

I’ve been a loyal customer of this shop for years and even have them on speed dial. All the tires on every one of my cars have been exclusively replaced or repaired here. The team is extremely customer-service oriented, highly professional, and genuinely friendly. They even deliver my car back to my house when I don’t have time to pick it up. David is the person I usually deal with, and he consistently goes above and beyond to help. I strongly recommend this place to everyone!
A very mixed experience. I drive a car with a tire set that is hard to come by and I was able to get them here for a decent price. The employees were extremely friendly which is why I am saddened saying that despite this I had to pull over on my way to pick someone up a few hours after leaving the shop. This was because at some point on install the brake pad sensor cable had been (I assume accidentally) moved out of its clip. This caused the rim to dig into and cut the wire.
