Hector and Josh were great. Upfront and honest giving all possible options regarding the shaking in the steering wheel coming from my brakes and pads. I am a traveling medical professional and it is always worrisome not knowing the mechanics, but they made me feel like I was back home in WI and I completely trusted them. Pricing very reasonable for CA. My car is back to running smoothly like a charm. Thx guys!!!

stop iping people off anand messing up their cars, people don't have money too just ve away, just like y'all have too work we have too work too make a living, it is so sad and I am so sick and tired off these so call auto repair shops taking people money to.o keep them coming back. STOP IT!
RecommendedBig O in Merced is my “go-to” for service on my car and truck. Terry, Margaret, Josh and their crew will go out of their way to make sure you’re happy. This week I had a tire blowout and decided to buy new rims and tires to replace what I had on the truck. The price was reasonable and the service was done quickly. My tailgate latch wasn’t working and they even fixed that!!! Talk about going above and beyond!!! Thanks!! PS- if you’re looking for a set of 22” rims and tires (well, 3 tires..), let me know!
I am a retired auto tech and do all the auto maintenance on my families cars that I have the tools for. As I don't have an alignment rack, tire machine and balancer in my garage I must rely on a tire shop for these services. I go to Big-O because they do the job right. I know they do because I know how to do everything they do for me.
Margaret, Terry and Josh - along with their staff- provide quality products and services. Always courteous and willing to listen and help, it is a pleasure doing business with Big-O Tires in Merced. I drive quite a bit for my job and my hobbies; this week I bought my 4th (?!) set of tires from Big-O Merced. I have never been disappointed or had any "buyers remorse." Big-O Tires in Merced offers good value with a great old-fashioned "get it done right" attitude.
