After putting tires on my car they were persistent on my brakes needing to be changed saying they were metal to metal and my rotors needed to be resurfaced...i said no cause I had a warranty from another shop....got the brakes off and they still have 80% left...they were going to charge me $200 to change them and tend to my rotors. I wonder how many other people (women) they try to scam. Earlier this week we drove from Reno to Apple Hill for the day, only to arrive in Apple Hill with our car telling us we had tire issues. We went directly to the Big O Tires in Placerville. While there was too much damage to do a flat repair, the luckily had our tire size in stock and had us on our way back to Apple Hill in an hour. Miranda was awesome!
