I went in for a oil change. They disconnect my 4x4 vacuum line. I heard the noise and after connecting the vacuum line back to prevent damage , I drove home. When I got home I looked under the hood and the oil cap had not been replaced after fill. Complete unprofessional experience could have been worse, my hubs could have blown.
Husband called ahead to get tires swapped out. Told to come on in it would only take 45 min. Make the 30 min drive to get there and be told it would take 3 hours to get done. Total BS.
RecommendedBig-O is the BEST!!! Fixed my flat for free in about 30 minutes! I have been a Big-O customer for over 30 years! I recommend them to all!
Took my car there to get my struts fixed. Got there to pick my car up and power steering leaks everywhere when I try to pull out. Never leaked a drop before.
DON'T trust this location!!!! This place is joke! They take no responsibility for damage done to vehicle. My car was serviced there and the bumper now has a huge dent and cracked taillight! They said get an estimate and we'll repair, for them to back out on their word and refuse to take responsibility and refuse to share camera footage. The manager that refused to fix, was also so rude that he hung up on me. No customer service skills...surprised this location is still in business!
Trying to sell tires to people when they aren't read to be replaced! Rude customer service, intimidating and insulting my intelligence with cars, sexist male attitude towards females. Never coming back and will tell all my friends not to use this place!!!
