Very pleased with the work BIG O (5115 W Peoria Ave) has done for me. They (Taylor James, manager, etc.) keep me in mind for my needs with my older car and my budget. I appreciate their kindness and courtesy toward me and accuracy in the work they do. I would highly recommend them to anyone.
Angel is so amazing! He was so helpful and kind. He went out of his way to give my kids snacks, held the door for us, thoroughly explained everything, and really cared. Great customer service with a big heart!
