My experience was very disappointing. I left a valuable item inside my vehicle, and after the service was completed, I could no longer find it. This caused me a great deal of concern and made me lose trust in the business. In addition, I only came in for an oil change, and during the service, the hood release handle was damaged. I was then asked to pay for the replacement, even though the damage occurred while my vehicle was under their responsibility, so I refused to pay for it.
