Worst place in town!!! Rude people not sure how they stay in business... I got told "Sorry boss I dropped the ball and didn't order the tires you asked for".... they knew I was coming today but they didn't order the tires....REALLY...WoW...don't waist your time with these guys take your business elsewhere
Do not take your car here! They gave me a quote over the phone. I was informed after the service was provided I was informed the quote didn't include a lot of rhe extra charges that would be added to jack up the price.
Took my car in for a simple oil change and a tire repair (mind you this was the second time bringing it in for an air leak), they told me that the tire was losing air due to wear on the tire (which was not the case) I took it to another tire shop and they found and repaired the hole that was in my tire. When I left Big O, I noticed that my car sounded funny but didn't pay much attention.
