We paid them $1500 for brakes, alignment, new tires, stems, and balancing. We picked up the truck and they didn't do the tires. Only the brakes and charged us for everything. How does that happen?
Today I took a tire for a repair, (to the south Nevada location) this tire was purchased there about 1 yr ago, the guy who claimed to be the manager looked at my tire and said he was not going to repair because he did not like the way the wear was going, I told him that all I need it was a repair and the he came with a long line of excuses not to do it. Always amazing service. Have been going to different Big O locations for a few years now. Nate from the store I used to go to had always been a great guy, ended up at the store on South Nevada that I go to now. And Joe, who has been helping me recently has also been great. Friendly and helpful like everyone I've dealt with. Would highly recommend Big O for all of your service needs! And for tires, of course.
Can’t say enough great things about this crew, we encountered a huge bolt in our tire and they repaired the flat at no charge! I highly recommend this business. In addition-to watching them assisting other people at the counter, so friendly and with good humor. Thanks guys, for helping us to get back on the road to Texas.
My 2006 Volvo lost its transmission when.your Austin Bluffs facility put bad tires on.the front and said nothing. I was arrested when I went back to complain. Dec 2016. It goes to court Jan 2019.
I went to the one in Fountain, arriving at 7:40 this morning. All I needed was a tire that had a screw in it fixed. They told me it would be an hour 45 min wait since I was going to wait so long I added an oil change. I went to the counter within 5 min to get my house key so that I could walk home. At that time I double checked the wait time and the guy said no way will it take that long. He said 45 minutes max. I waited 2 HOURS AND 20 MINUTES! I will definitely be looking for a new local mechanic shop!
