Wow! Everyone at the front is friendly and helpful, very mannerly and courteous. Not only did they allow me to use a coupon, but they suggested the Big O credit card which gave me a discount AND I got a $50 mail-in rebate. Most importantly, the mechanics completed work on my car sooner than expected ~ and I got a warranty on the work! Definitely going back to Big O for all my maintenance.
