I am a repeat customer. I buy all my car tires from Big O North Ogden and get my regular oil changes there too!! Thank you Big O for great care and service.
I have never had a worse customer service experience in my life! In an attempt to get a simple answer about a tire warranty--I was belittled, and berated. When I asked to speak to the store owner, Mike. I was treated in the same terrible manner, he did absolutely nothing to answer the question. All he did was defend the abhorrent behavior of his manager. I cannot--I WILL NOT recommend this location. We will go out of our way to avoid having to deal with these people. I wish I had the ability to assign a negative star value to this review. We have been a long time loyal customers to this Big O location. As I look back I can't say why we have continued to use them for any reason other than their location. We have had trouble with a BRAND NEW set of 4 tires and needed some help. When we politely requested some actual customer service, both my husband and myself were refused service, and belittled by both a salesman, and the store manager.
