I have never had a worse customer service experience in my life! In an attempt to get a simple answer about a tire warranty--I was belittled, and berated. When I asked to speak to the store owner, Mike. I was treated in the same terrible manner, he did absolutely nothing to answer the question. All he did was defend the abhorrent behavior of his manager. I cannot--I WILL NOT recommend this location. We will go out of our way to avoid having to deal with these people.
