I had the worst, most dishonest, customer service experience of my life at this Big O Tire today. I got a flat and had to drive in on a spare tire. I choose this Big O because it was the closest tire store. I was greeted at the door by a sales rep and I told him I needed to buy a new tire to replace my flat that I believed was beyond repair. He said he would take a look and see if it was repairable. After checking he said it wasn't because of the location of the leak. He said he just got four used tires that had maybe 1,000 ... read more
