This morning while on my way to work, I was pulled over by the Nevada Highway Patrol. The officer informed me that the reason for the stop was that my right rear tire was low and he was afraid that it would cause a blow out or damage my vehicle. I thanked him for the information (who does that these days?! High 5 to that trooper!) and drove straight to the Big O tire store on Kietzke Lane in Reno, NV. Wes and Rick and the staff are all so acomodating and helpful.
1st time here. Brought my truck in for new tires and alignment check. Prompt friendly, and knowledgeable staff. I called the day before to let them know I was coming and was in and out in less than 2 hours as they had to realign my front end. I'll be coming back for oil changes and tire rotation. Very impressed with the service. These guys at this shop are the real deal. Highly recommend!
I absolutely love this place. Rick is always helpful and even though I ask dumb questions they never make me feel dumb. I trust this team to the fullest and I never feel like they didn't take care of me and my car.
