After being long time customers of this particular location and buying tires every few years they refused to let me use the bathroom one day. We will never use this location or any Big O tires for that matter ever again.
Watching them work, they are all very efficient. Everyone there is very nice. Rick is very friendly and knowledgeable. I had been there a few years ago and he still remembered me. I was very happy with my experience there.
We took our F250 in 8 months ago for an alignment. Had pretty much the entire front end replaced by a reputable mechanic. As per the mechanic's instructions I went to this shop to have an alignment done and four new tires put on. I noticed the other day my passenger tire looked like it was pointing in (at no point in time was the truck steering weirdly) so I took it back to the same mechanic to have it looked at. He jacked it up and then told me that the shop that did the alignment didn't tighten down the bolts for the caste... read more
