Big O Tire of Gillette eventually replaced the faulty reman axle that had been installed at a different Big O Tire location in Monument, CO. JD was respectful throughout the process and I appreciated that he was honest when he wasn’t sure if the reman axle was causing the vibration — he was simply trying to follow protocol. I have been coming to Big O in Gillette for years and they have always treated me with respect and care. Their customer service is amazing and their work is solid. I think their prices are fair and their turn around time is exceptional. We went in at 7am this morning with a leak in our tire before hitting the road to go to an out of town doctors appointment, and they had us back on the road in no time! Excellent staff and a great business!
