Big O Tire of Gillette eventually replaced the faulty reman axle that had been installed at a different Big O Tire location in Monument, CO. JD was respectful throughout the process and I appreciated that he was honest when he wasn’t sure if the reman axle was causing the vibration — he was simply trying to follow protocol.
