Had a leaking tire about halfway through a 14 hour drive. They squeezed us in right before closing and were absolutely amazing! The work was done quickly so I was able to get back out on the road and to my destination on time, and they were extremely friendly. While I dont live in the area, I highly recommend. Side note: they were perfectly fine letting us bring our cats inside while they worked on the vehicle. I would've been fine waiting with them outside, but I appreciated being able to bring them into AC.
Last time I will ever deal with Big o tires. Last two experiences have been sub par and I tried to give them another chance this go around. First they scratched both sets of custom wheels with big gouges and then this recent time I brought in 4 loose wheels and tires for a dismount and mount and never got told pricing upfront. I would of figured it would be around $20 per wheel as thats standard with any other shop, well after that my bill was $176 which I find just insane. Traveling across from MT to TX and had to get a tire patched. Service was quick and affordable and so polite . Thanks to Daniel and the team for getting us back on the road so quickly.
