This store is Really good. The customer service from Hector was some of the best customer service that I ever had. Big o worked with my budget and did really good work if you go into the store, I recommend that you talk to Hector. They got my car done the same day provided a Uber home to wait for the car to be fixed and a Uber back to the store if you need help with your car go here.
Great service made us feel welcome. Worked with us on our budget. Got a Uber home and a Uber back. If you go in, you should ask for Hector. He’s very polite. Will make you feel important and take really good care of you. Big o tire was very Clean very fast on service have a nice waiting room upstairs and downstairs with TV. Great kids room for the kids to be playing in all around. Great service. Totally recommend this location. Go in and talk to Hector.
I came in today with leaking tire and spoke with the manager Josh and he took my car in right away to service and found a nail. The fixed my tire in no time and got me out of there quickly. Thank you Josh and your staff for taking care of me. Much appreciated! I would definitely come back again
Big O Tires is always such an easy place to go for anything car related. The service advisors, especially Nelson, are easy to work with. Thanks for always getting me back on the road quickly
I recently stopped Big O Tires for replacing tire pressure indicator and reprogram it. The staff name Nelson Goez was friendly and worked the process of my car. It was a simple and quick service to go in and fix the problem. They treated it with care professionalism as a major repair. Highly recommend for anyone needing quick, reliable tire maintenance!
