Tried to upsell my wife 600$ for an oil change because they said the plug was stripped and were going to have to keep overnight. Completely wrong and was fine when I brought somewhere else. Feels sketchy.
I would give this place zero stars if I could. I drove my car to get a tire patch, but they couldn’t do it and tried to sell me a $500 tire. When I decided to take my car to Mercedes, they had already taken my rim and tire apart, even though they didn’t have a new tire on hand. Mercedes patched up my tire quickly and efficiently with no problems AT ALL. I had to call back and go in person to Big O’s because they failed to put my tire cap back on and scratched my rims!
