Great customer service. I love these guys. They helped me out when I had a bad experience with another Big O and so that's why I decided to move my business to this location. I feel so much more comfortable with this location and don't feel like I'm being swindled and that these guys really care about customers.

Rude employee at front desk, no help with warranty work, told that my tires, with a full warranty none the less, were obsolete and I would need to spend another 2000 for new tires and wheels,
