Just spent close to $1200 on 4 tires. Waited almost an hour longer than they said. BUT the real issue I had with them is they over inflated 1 tire and underinflated the other 3. My vehicle shows me the tire pressure when I start it. I asked them to please fix it before I left. They refused telling me I needed to drive it around. I even took out a tire gauge and showed them on one of the tires. It was underinflated almost 20 lbs. They still refused to put more air in the tires or check them. They insisted I drive it around. Great Service Great people working there.
Very impressed! They were able to plug my ATV tire and had quoted me 50-70 because they were beadlocked. Ended up being able to plug the tire without taking them off and they didn't rip me off and was truthful. Ended up charging me only 16. Very impressed on the honesty! And great customer service!
This family broke down in the middle of the night - needed a tire. I went to 3 used tire shops but should have gone to Big-O first. These men had a tire in inventory, mounted it and didn't charge me. I am so thankful for them and the excellent service. I will be shopping here for my next set of tires! Thank You!
Alfonso helped me out pretty good. He gave me a set of tires at a reduced price and replaced my tire sensor for free on a return trip. He honored a guarantee that they have posted on the back wall. I have my tire guys now. I’ll only go to them.
Worst. Customer. Service. EVER. The car was towed in for a flat repair, and it sat around for an hour and a half before I could get anyone to help me. Most of the guys just stood there, like I was invisible, even when I talked to them. One old guy couldn’t peel his eyes from the computer, no matter what...I think he was looking at porn (seriously).
