Had a couple of bad experiences. Spoke with management about the issues I had and they were understanding and did offer to try and make amends. Jessie and Andrew are great. If you can work directly with them you should.
Had a coupon for tire rotation, alignment, oil change. Had my tires marked prior to service, didn't do tire rotations. Who knows if they actually did any of the other services. So, needless to say, don't trust them.
