Want to apologize to Bernie and big mountain homes of Gillette. There was a misunderstanding about the house payment. It was brought to my attention that there was a final payment needed to secure the title of the house. Bernie has worked with us on this problem.
Great at 1st, we bought a home from them. Awesome guys we thought. Now it's been forever and have not heard from them. Pay cash for our house house still yet to see title or final walk through. They really don't care they got their money.
They were excellent to work with, kept us informed, and sold a well built home. Jared was very helpful for planning and making sure everything was followed through with.
Absolutely the worst customer service you can ever ask for. Centennial homes in black hawk South Dakota is a 10 time better company. This company charged us all kinds of “fees” after we backed out of the contract because of them going over our budget. I strongly urge you to not use those company and use any other dealer. They will rob you and leave you with no explanation. I guarantee you, you will have to have your lawyer contact them.
