My husband and I went with a modular made by Bonnavilla, because I had several family members that had homes crafted by them. Jared with Big Mountain Homes is above par and the homes are beautiful. However, getting things repaired that were missed, improperly crafted, etc while being built along with defective pieces while going through Bonnavilla's "process" for warranty work is subpar. I attended the open-house at "Big Mtn. Homes" held this past summer in gillette--the quality of these modular homes were far superior to any homes I've been in . They were beautiful and would rival any home out there in quality and style. s.j.p.
