This service was great I live out in Moscow and don't have many options these people came out fast and got the job done fast 2 the price was reasonable and the work was done good I'm over all pretty happy with them and would be calling them back and would recommend them as well

Not a company that will be allowed on our properties again, poor customer service, not punctual and not accommodating to the residents. Overpriced for the services. Hired another company and they openly criticized the other company...found that to be unethical especially when they have remedied our repair with professionalism.

Absolutely amazing company!!! Had a plumber come out yesterday and he couldn't help us. Called Big Mikes and they sent out Nick to fix our toilet! They said he would be here within 1-2 hours and they were here in 20 minutes!! Nick fixed our toilet issue in less than an hour and was extremely polite and professional! Super affordable and definitely using for all of our future plumbing needs! Thanks guys!
