I don't usually like bbq. Since we moved to Houma and I was introduced to Big Mike's I love it!! One of my favorite places to go eat!! Service and food are always awesome!!!
Went here a couple of months,waited at least 45 minutes for our food,when our food was put in the window,had to wait another 5 minutes while the waitress argued with the manager who was telling her to bring the food to the table,wouldn't have been so bad,but were 1 of 2 tables in there,not only that but the whole wall is covered in writing that customers have signed,well my daughter's were yelled at from across the restaurant by the manager, that they don't allow that anymore,no signs visible n my daughter's were embarrassed... read more
The sauce.....simply the sauce! A little drizzle of this vinegary deliciousness is all you need to make anyone of the dishes skyrocket you into foodie heaven
Well the hamburgers are really good and the beef brisket. But having local musicians come in and play is even better.

I went there for the first time. We had a birthday party with about 16 people & let you tell me; that was about the best bar b que I have ever eaten besides my friend who had a bar b que place on the gulf coast in Gulfport Ms. Called Millers Ribs & more. We will be going back to Big mikes soon.
I was born and raised in the Memphis area, so I know good BBQ! When we moved way down here to Houma, Louisiana, I was convinced I could hang up finding a comparable BBQ joint to anything close to the BBQ I grew up eating! Well, guess what? All hail Big Mike's!!! Absolutely divine!!!!❤️
