The service was down right terrible. After 30 minutes of waiting we did not receive our food even though people who came in after us had already received theirs. When my wife asked the server for an estimate on how much longer it would be the server turned away and proceeded to gossip with one of her coworkers. My wife then said “excuse me, I was talking to you, how much longer will it be for my food?” The server replied “I heard you” and walked off. We then requested a refund and left. Big Mikes Thibodaux offers it’s customers a solid BBQ experience in a beautifully appointed restaurant that is complete with an amazing outside patio area. It’s fantastic!
Had brisket and sausage combo with beans and potato salad. Loved it.

I used to love big mikes. My first time trying the new Thibodaux location wasn't a very good experience at all. After over a half hour wait, our order was sub par to say the least. I ordered my son a plain burger and fries, the cashier asked if I wanted cheese I said sure just nothing else but ketchup if y'all put that. It came with tomato and no cheese along with cold fries.
