Food if fabulous...WHEN THEY GET YOUR ORDER RIGHT � 2nd time in 2 visits they messed up my order. It’s not a difficult order! Pulled pork sandwich plain with fries. 1st time was dine in and server was very apologetic & fixed it quickly. I was very pleased with service. This last time was drive thru and I got no apology & was made to feel like I was inconveniencing them. Not cool Big Mike’s! Guess I’ll have to wait until I’m in Thibodaux to enjoy the great food.

You're right, this is not cool. I'm sorry it happened.Personaly, I disagree with the post of the review! As an owner, I'm consistantly checking for reviews in hopes that all went perfectly each and everyday. I for sure would have loved to have the opportunity to say sorry, instead an employee that will likely end up not working for us in this HIGH turnover business will be gone, but of course we get to keep the strips for this hiccup, and yes, their are situations where the strips are deserved. Being from Texas, my standards are pretty high when it comes to BBQ but Big Mike's exceeds those standards. The brisket is delicious and the smoked sausage is PERFECT...the best around! The bbq sauce isn't too thick or tangy. It's just right! My husband LOVES the Carolina Pork Sandwich. He orders it everytime. We also love how friendly the staff always is.
